LubeConsultant is a reference site that provides standards-based guidance for selecting mechanical lubricants—greases, oils, and fluids—by application, operating conditions, and compatibility.

Purpose

This site answers the question: "What lubricant should be used here?" using objective criteria derived from industry standards and manufacturer specifications. We focus on mechanical, industrial, and workshop lubrication applications.

Scope

LubeConsultant covers:

• Machine tool lubrication (spindles, slideways, gearboxes)

What We Do Not Cover

This site explicitly excludes:
